All of our orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped!
Production and Delivery Times
Orders are made by our team with care and precision. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom orders take longer due to building of the products. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date

*Service is subject to shipping delays. Delivery times are estimates, and not guarantees. Our store is not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Packages via USPS are insured up to $50. If there is a need for to submit a claim, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with USPS.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email within 24hours. Please allow USPS up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.
Damages and Missing Orders
If your item arrives damaged, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and file a claim. If there is sufficient evidence, the carrier will reimburse you for a portion of the value of damaged goods.
Insurance Coverage USPS packages are insured up to $50. If there is a need for a claim it is the customers responsibility to file a claim via USPS, it will help if you provide photos of all outer and inner packaging as well as the package contents so that can submit an accurate claim with USPS. Please note that claims may take up to 10 business days to process and pay.
Returns and Exchanges
Beauty Items: Due to hygiene concerns of bath and beauty products returns are NOT allowed.
Gifts and Accessories excluding beauty items: Once you purchase an item, it is yours to keep. You can return an unopened and unused item for credit within 30 days of purchase minus shipping costs. Local customers can arrange to drop off unopened products. We will issue a refund less shipping charges when the buyer returns the product(s). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom items: Custom items are not refundable unless there is a defect in the product.
